Do I need hosting experience?
No. Sales, retail, content creation or on-camera experience helps, but we train you. What matters most is energy and how you connect with people on camera.
Do I need my own studio or equipment?
No. You go live from DOE’s studios, with sets, lighting, sound and a production team ready for you.
Where are the studios?
Miami, Dallas and Chicago. You need to be able to get to one of them for your shifts.
How does pay work?
An hourly rate for every hour on camera, plus commission on products sold during your lives. Your rate is based on experience, on-camera skill and reliability.
Do I need to speak Spanish?
No. We hire English, Spanish and bilingual hosts. Bilingual hosts can sell to both audiences.
What will I sell?
Products from the brands DOE works with, matched to your style. You get the products and talking points before every show.
How many hours can I work?
It depends on your availability and the brands’ schedules. You tell us when you can stream, and we book shows around it.
